Founded on February 15, 2015, Podium Dynamics Academy began in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, with a simple but powerful vision—to help people conquer the fear of public speaking and become confident communicators.


What started as a single training centre has grown into one of Africa’s leading public speaking and leadership academies. Through dedication, excellence, and an unwavering commitment to transforming lives, the Academy has expanded beyond Uyo to establish centres in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Accra, Ghana.

Over the years, Podium Dynamics Academy has trained professionals from government institutions, multinational organisations, educational institutions, entrepreneurs, religious organisations, and individuals seeking to become more influential communicators.
